Hi,

 

Have you checked the last step of the worklfow, where it should remove the payment lock?

Look at the step history in the workflow log (for this workitem) and check for any errors.

 

It could be, for example, that the invoice was locked at the time.

 

I'm not sure that SWEL (event trace) will help much!
