In FB03, if when going to the workflow overview in the GOS (global object services) you are not seeing anything, try:
1. You can see the object key and object type if you call the archived workflow in the GOS, check that it is FIPP and not for example BKPF.
2. If it is FIPP check in the workflow log that you have an instance of the object in the workflow container before you post.
3. If it isn't FIPP you create an instance of the relevant object, for example as an attribute of FIPP and transfer it to the workflow container.
P.S
This might be just me, but I suggest starting workflows from a preposted state not parked, since a parked document can be incomplete.
