E2E MAI: usage rights for Standard and Enterprise Support customers

Hello!

We would like to set up the new Monitoring and Alerting Infrastructure (Technical Monitoring: System Monitoring) with Solution Manager 7.1 SP8 for several systems.

Does it make any difference, whether or not the managed systems are with Standard or Enterprise Support license?

With other words: can customers with Standard support license use all features from MAI (e.g. Monitoring, Reporting)?
