Error: Entries in T130A table are missing

Whenever we try to change any value from any material type from this customizing point:

Spro - > Logistics – General -> Material Master ->  Basic Settings ->  Material Types -> Define Attributes of Material Types

We get the error shown above in field  “field reference”.

We haven´t  found any change request in which we could have erased all these entries.  Moreover, we still see the master material as we used to see it before this error.  We need to now:

1-     1-  Why is material master working as before the error if there are no entries in T130A?

2-     2-  How could we recover all these entries we had in the past?
